My story is long but I will try to keep it short. When my brother suddenly
passed away and my mother moved to a senior care facility, my father and I found ourselves having to dismantle two lives. We had to pack up my brothers two bedroom apartment and the boy was a pack rat. It took a month to pack it up and move it to my mother's condo. Once there my father and I just were too overwhelmed and sad to try to organize things so that we could have some kind of estate sale, so we contacted an estate sale company that we found on line. I explained our situation and without even coming to look a what we had, they said that it was too small for them, so I called another company, they made an appointment and my father waited for an hour and no one showed up. We called, left messages but never received a call back. My father was referred to another company and they did come out to look. Although it was small they agreed to handle the sale, but it would have to be after the first of the year. We were ok with that, but then they changed their minds and did not want to bother with us. So it was back to the internet, and I found Talk of the Town Estate Liquidators.
Jane and I met at my mother's condo and I could see that although this was on the small side that Jane was taking pity on me and agreed to handle the sale.
She wanted to get started right away and scheduled the sale for December 11 & 12. In one week she had everything organized priced and ready to go. I called her almost every day of that week. Never once did she seem upset by my questions or annoyed. What a trooper, anyway she had her grandkids come to help and the sale went off without a hitch. We didn't even get a complaint from the HOA. One of the board members is thinking of using her when they begin the process of downsizing and make their move to a senior living center.
Although she didn't sell everything, she sure sold more than we expected, and she made sure that everything that remained was donated to the Deaf Association.
Now, all we are left with is the condo and our lives are starting to become normal once again. Thank you is just not enough. Jane and her grandkids have a very special place in my family's hearts. They all made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier, and in addition they even made us laugh and smile.

"My parents have a house in Peoria, Arizona and we needed to clean out the entire house as it is being remodeled and new carpeting was going to be laid down. We needed to clean out the entire house which consisted of furniture, dishes, cooking utensils, linens, lamps, tables, cleaning products.
Jane was able to get the house ready for the sale in a couple of days. She worked hard to have all of the items marked with prices and then ran the sale with all of the professionalism one would expect.
Jane and I have never met and we did all of our business over the phone. Jane would call me to give me updates on the sale every day. We had a very successful sale and the house is cleaned out and ready for the carpeting. The house will be place on the market for sale.
